Our Principles

Our Principles

The fundamental principles of prevention and intervention guide our approach.

Whanau wellbeing:

  • starts within a safe home

  • empowers to achieve
  • is inclusive and protective
  • is free from discrimination
  • has a strength-based approach

The concepts of Wairuatangā, Aroha, Tikanga, and Manaakitangā can be used to define these principles as well as our values that are sacrosanct and upheld within the framework of The Fatimah Foundation's kaupapa.
