  • We specialise in supporting individuals and whānau who have experienced trauma, displacement, and complex life challenges.
    Our counsellors offer compassionate, culturally safe care in multiple languages, ensuring that every person feels seen, heard, and supported, no matter their background or journey.
  • We provide expert support across the lifespan, working with children, teenagers, adults of all genders, older people, and entire families. 
  • Our team includes a dedicated child counsellor.
  • Our team of professionals are experienced in supporting those navigating grief, family violence, addiction, mental health challenges, and major life transitions, with a particular focus on vulnerable youth and former refugees.
  • To ensure support is accessible and responsive, we offer services online, by phone, and in person, always grounded in connection, care, and relationship.

Trauma-informed counselling offers compassionate, specialist support for individuals navigating the impact of trauma, fostering safety, resilience, and healing.

EMDR THERAPY

Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences.
