BASTH, delivered through MENDen, supports men in exploring the deeper roots of anger, strengthening emotional resilience, and restoring relationships through a foundation of faith-based values, cultural wisdom, and self-awareness.

Guided by Te Ao Māori and Islamic principles, the programme offers a culturally and spiritually anchored experience where healing is approached with compassion, not judgement.

With a values-led, trauma-informed lens, BASTH creates a safe, respectful space for genuine growth, honouring each man's dignity, whakapapa, and potential to lead with calm strength and conscious care.
