Young Well offers tamariki and rangatahi, including those from migrant and refugee backgrounds, culturally sensitive mental health and well-being support. Our multilingual, holistic, community-based approach is grounded in the family's faith values, identity, and lived experience and includes navigation, psychoeducation, and counselling. We provide young people and their whānau with community-based connections to safe spaces, enabling them to access support, interact with clinical services, and recover with respect and dignity.
